Agency for small and medium enterprises

Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Bijeljina was established in 2006. The founder is the Municipal Assembly of Bijeljina. It was established in accordance with the Law on the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship.

The main goal of the Agency is to create conditions for the development of small and medium enterprises in the territory of the City of Bijeljina, providing direct support to businessmen and providing quality business services.

About the Agency

Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Bijeljina was established in 2006. The founder is the Municipal Assembly of Bijeljina. It was established in accordance with the Law on the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship.

The main goal of the Agency is to create conditions for the development of small and medium enterprises in the territory of the City of Bijeljina, providing direct support to businessmen and providing quality business services.

About the Agency

Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises of the City of Bijeljina was established in 2006. The founder is the Municipal Assembly of Bijeljina. It was established in accordance with the Law on the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship.

The main goal of the Agency is to create conditions for the development of small and medium enterprises in the territory of the City of Bijeljina, providing direct support to businessmen and providing quality business services.

Agency functions

1. Activities aimed at providing assistance in the establishment and start of work of small and medium-sized enterprises:
- preparation of a business plan,
- providing services for defining the target market and target users,
- informing about the legal framework of business and registration of companies,
- preparation of founding and other documents,
- information on available funding sources.

2. Support to existing-registered companies:
- creating new and updating existing business marketing plans,
- promotion of SMEs and participation in fairs,
- support in introducing the quality management system according to the ISO standard and HCCP series,
- support for development projects.

3. Other activities of the Agency:
- creation of information brochures, and guides with useful information for potential and existing businessmen,
- establishment of an entrepreneurial library in order to provide information support to businessmen,
- identification, collection, preparation, preparation and participation in tenders for projects in all areas, which will enable loans and grants for the development of SMEs and the private sector,
- monitoring the regulations and measures of the Government of the RS relating to subsidies, regressing and stimulation of certain economic activities, as well as international grants for incentives, and providing assistance to beneficiaries to exercise their rights.
